How often should my air conditioning be maintained?

Home systems that are not used on a regular basis generally require maintenance once a year. Office air conditioning should be maintained at least twice per year to keep them running at maximum efficiency. Server rooms are recommended to have maintenance on air conditioning systems at least three times a year. Other areas where systems are subject to high pollution and contaminants i.e. restaurant kitchens, hair and beauty facilities and factories etc… should require additional maintenance visits.

Why should my air conditioning be serviced?

It is highly recommended that air conditioning systems have regular servicing and maintenance to allow your system(s) to keep running to its maximum efficiency. This significantly extends the lifetime of a system and reduces operating costs. In addition, routine maintenance will ensure that your system will continue to work to its full capability thus stopping unwanted system failure and repair costs.

How often should air conditioning system filters be cleaned?

Air conditioning filters do need to be cleaned. It is recommended most filters require cleaning twice a year, however, if the system(s) are being used in a dusty atmosphere or in continuous use, filters may require more regular cleaning.

Once an installation is completed, will you maintain and service my system(s)?

Following the installation of your system(s), we will offer several backup services ranging from a simple telephone call to regular on-site maintenance. We will service and repair your equipment for as long as you require us to.
